Falcon held various positions at Univision, including a stint as news prexy from March to December 2010, when she was replaced by Isaac Lee. Most recently, she served as senior adviser to Univision Networks prexy Cesar Conde. Prior to this role, Falcon served from 2005-10 as exec VP and operating manager of Univision, overseeing all of the network's operations as well as the development and execution of all domestic inhouse production. Previously, she was exec VP and operating manager of Univision sister web TeleFutura from 2002-05 and was senior VP and director of Univision News from 1993-2002. Falcon was one of the few remaining top execs from Univision's previous administration under former owner-chairman Jerrold Perenchio. She followed Ray Rodriguez, then prexy and chief operating officer, who ankled not long after a consortium of equity investors, led by media baron Haim Saban, acquired Univision for $13.7 billion in 2006.
