A. Smith & Co. adds to staff

Reality shingle A. Smith & Co. is adding a handful of producers to its in-house staff. Those being raised have all worked on series produced by the prodco. Officially on board are Lindsay Kugler, who currently serves as co-exec producer on Fox's "Kitchen Nightmares"; Brian Richardson, exec producer of "Full Throttle Saloon" on TruTV; Mark Rowland, co-exec producer of TV One's "Unsung"; and Anthony Storm, exec producer of UFC Countdown." Besides working on their respective programs, all will also have the added responsibility of developing new series. Other current A.
